First, we explore what is a skills-first approach in contrast to a job-first approach. We will explore how skills can help managers and employees work together to set clear goals, provide feedback, identify training and development needs, and recognize and reward performance.We will aim to leave you with at least one or two tools that you can immediately bring back and apply at your organizations.
